The shop in Spring Grove Road, Isleworth , will be open seven days a week, from 6am to 11pm.
It will open at 8am on Tuesday, June 28, ahead of a cheque presentation to a local charity at 10.30am that morning.
The retailer will award £500 to The Mulberry Centre, which is located in the grounds of nearby West Middlesex Hospital and provides advice and support for cancer patients and their families.
Store manager Fahad Ali said: "We are delighted to be able to support the The Mulberry Centre, as they do such wonderful work for the local community.
"We are really pleased that Emma (The Mulberry Centre chief executive Emma Cartwright) is coming to launch the new store and join in the celebrations with us.
"My new team and I are looking forward to offering shoppers a clean bright and spacious new store with fast and friendly service."
Tesco said 15 staff from the local area had been recruited to work in the new store, which is on the corner of Clifton Road, close to Heston fire station.
Services at the new store will include a free-to-use cash machine, Costa Coffee and a bakery.
getwestlondon reported earlier this year how Tesco had vowed to preserve the building's history by incorporating an ornate former shop sign into the new frontage.
