Mr Beauchamp, said: “The apprenticeship has been a fantastic learning experience; it has taught me how to confidently lead meetings, pro-actively create a sales plan and manage teams effectively.

"I hope to continue applying my learning to do some fantastic things and remain top of our game and in the hearts of our guests.”

The busy landlord qualified in the advanced Level 3 apprenticeship in leadership and management.

Mark Peters, head of learning and development for Spirit, said: “We are proud to recognise our team members that have undertaken apprenticeships.
