A family-run interior design company from Ealing became three time gold winners at the Considerate Constructors National Company awards.
Joe O’Neill and his family’s Elev8 Interiors Ltd, is a ten man team with over 25 years industry experience and now work on commercial banks, medical companies and high end residential.
Elev8 won the award of Most Considerate Company of 2014 at a prestigious event in the City of London last Friday.
Mr O’Neill started the interior refurbishing company with his brother Terry in 1996 after completing their apprenticeships and CIOB construction qualifications.
Elev8 now has global giants as clients such as Coca-Cola, who have massively praised the company.
Coca-Cola say they often need work done over weekends and Elev8’s ‘response time is excellent without compromising price or quality.’
Mr O’Neill said: “Not in my wildest dreams would I have thought my company would be as successful as this.
“After the event we visited our projects to congratulate all workers who, without their massive input in maintaining the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice, have made this possible.”
Mr O’Neill said they have never spent any money on advertising and that 90 per cent of their clients come from recommendation and tend to be repeat customers.
They still think about the eco-system and ways they can create better and more environmentally friendly spaces which is key to keeping hold of high end clients.
