The Commonwealth Games is almost upon us and more than 20 west Londoners will be playing their part in Glasgow.

The likes of Hounslow duo Mo Farah and Rajiv Ouseph are expected to compete for gold medals on the track and the badminton court respectively.

But there are also some who will be getting their first taste of Commonwealth action, such as Bayswater table tennis star Tin-Tin Ho.
