Following a week where we enjoyed the hottest day of the year so far , this weekend is looking a lot different.
On Sunday, April 9, temperatures reached a scorching 25°C at Northolt , notably warmer than the forecast high for this weekend of just 16°C in London.
We all know celebrations for the long weekend start tonight (April 13), and here is what the Met Office forecast says: "Mainly dry during the evening with clear spells and light winds.
"Becoming breezier during the second half of the night with cloud thickening and some occasional rain likely."
So if you are heading out for a few drinks with your pals, you should be OK with just a warm jacket, but if you are planning on pulling an all-nighter, make sure you pack the umbrella for potential rain in the early hours.
With highs of 16°C, your first day off is a far cry away from the soaring temperatures of last weekend.
The Met Office forecast for the start of your Easter weekend, Friday, April 14 says: "Mostly cloudy with showery outbreaks of rain at times, some briefly heavy especially later in the evening.
"Some brighter spells are likely though, and feeling pleasantly warm in any sunshine."

Saturday, April 15 will start chilly, but will be staying largely dry with sunny spells and highs of around 13°C.
For Sunday, April 16 and Monday, April 17, the forecast says: "Becoming cloudier Sunday with rain possible later.
"Some rain continuing overnight, gradually clearing to drier, brighter conditions on Monday."
It looks like the best days of the Easter weekend are Saturday and Monday, so with that in mind, here are a few ideas of what you could do.
What to do this weekend
It's Easter, so of course, an egg hunt must be on the agenda.
With local National Trust sites including Osterley Park and House, and Ham House hosting egg hunts, you won't have to travel far to get your chocolate fix.
To avoid the outbreaks of rain, we recommend heading out for your egg hunt on Saturday or Monday.
