A man believed to be in his 30s has fallen from a building in Chiswick, police have said.
Chiswick High Road has been closed while emergency services attend to the incident.
Reports suggest the incident has happened at an office block at Chiswick Business Park.
London's Air Ambulance, the ambulance service and the Metropolitan Police have been called to the scene.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "A man in his 30s apparently fell off the building.
"LAS reported it to Met at 11.13am, Chiswick High Road currently closed, they are not sure how long for."

Incident in Chiswick
A man has been confirmed dead after falling from a high-rise building in Chiswick on Tuesday (August 22).
An ambulance and air ambulance arrived at the building on Chiswick High Road, Hounslow, at around 11.13am.
London Ambulance Service said that, despite “extensive efforts” to resuscitate the man, he was sadly pronounced dead.

Statement from London Ambulance Service
A spokesperson from London Ambulance Service said:
“We were called today at 11.10am to reports of a man fallen from a height on Chiswick High Road, Hounslow.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene including an incident response officer, an ambulance crew, a single responder in a car, London’s Air Ambulance and our Hazardous Area Response Team to the scene.“Despite extensive efforts to resuscitate him, sadly the patient died at the scene.”

A spokesman for Met Police confirmed the death and said:
“Officers were called to a business premises in Chiswick High Road, W4 at approximately 11:15hrs on Tuesday, 22 August to reports of a man fallen from a height.
London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance are in attendance.
The man - no further details - was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the man’s identity.
At this early stage, the incident is not being treated as suspicious. Enquiries continue.”

The Metropolitan Police has confirmed a man has died after falling from a building in the Chiswick Park office development.
Heavy traffic
The entrance to Chiswick Park Business centre is closed.
There is also heavy traffic reported in the area.
Buses diverted
Two bus routes - 27 and 70 - are not serving the Chiswick Business Park while emergency services attend to the incident.

Officers were called to a business premises in Chiswick High Road, W4, to reports of a man fallen from a height.
London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance are in attendance.
He is currently being treated at the scene.
