Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the safety and well-being of a missing 77-year-old woman suffering from dementia.

Hilma Sealy was noticed missing from her home in Maida Vale, Westminster , at 1.50am this morning (Dec 15). Police say it is possible she left her property before that time.

The pensioner may be wearing nightclothes, or her purple hat, tan shoes and carrying a brown handbag.

Ms Sealy, who is afro-Caribbean, wears glasses, is stooped and uses a walking stick. She enjoys travelling on public transport and may have boarded a bus.

Anyone who sees Ms Sealy or has information on her whereabouts should call Westminster police on 101 and quote reference number CAD540/15.

Today, police have also revealed their concerns for missing teenager Sam Jeffries from Twickenham, who has not been seen since December 3.
