Hillingdon Council is launching a range of fun, social activities across the borough’s parks and open spaces, to entice residents and visitors of the borough to get out and get active in the sunshine if predicted good weather comes true this Easter holiday .

From Monday 21 March, ParkLife will offer free and reduced rate individual and family activities - from gardening and walking, to legs, bums and tums, family fun sessions and buggy walks - there's something for everyone on offer within the programme.

Hillingdon recently won Gold in the prestigious Britain in Bloom competition and is one of the greenest boroughs in the UK, with more Green Flag awards than anywhere else.

These beautiful and accessible open spaces provide the perfect backdrop for a range of fun and social activities which range from energetic to relaxing.

Cllr Douglas Mills, cabinet member for community, said: “ParkLife promises to bring families and communities together, enjoying activities in the borough’s award winning parks and green spaces.

"The council is invested in the well being of our residents and would encourage everyone to get involved with ParkLife throughout the year."
