Love horse racing? Why not go to the next Brentford FC sporting dinner where former horse racing jockey Sir Anthony Peter McCoy, better known as A P or Tony, will be a special guest?

The dinner will be held on Thursday, November 17 at Radisson Blu Edwardian in Hayes and will feature a three course meal, as well as silent and live auctions where you'll be able to bid on a range of exclusive sporting items and luxury experiences.

A spokesman for the event said: "Sir A P McCoy OBE will be our next guest for our Sporting Dinner which will be hosted by compere Mickey Pugh.

"This is a great opportunity to know more about the Northern Irish former horse racing jockey. McCoy rode a record 4,358 winners, and was Champion Jockey a record 20 consecutive times!"

The jockey, from County Antrim, received a knighthood for services to horse racing at Buckingham Palace earlier this year.

He retired in 2015 after he became the most successful jump jockey of all time.

Tickets cost £69.60 for individuals and £690 for a table of ten.
