Made In Chelsea stars Louise Thompson, Sam Thompson, Georgia Toffolo (Toff) and Tiffany Watson helped spread some Christmas cheer as they visited children and young people on Rose Ward and Foulis Ward at Royal Brompton Hospital.

The visit was in aid of the Brompton Fountain , a charity that helps support children and their families who are affected by life-threatening heart and lung conditions at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust.

The charity conducts a number of fundraising activities throughout the year to help purchase vital equipment, treats, rewards and gifts for children and their families on the ward.

Louise Thompson and her brother Sam recently attended the annual Wonderful Christmas toy party in aid of the Brompton Fountain, and donated toys, games and gifts to help raise awareness for the Brompton Fountain's Toy Appeal and to collect as many toys as possible to donate to the children's ward at Royal Brompton Hospital.

Trudy Nickels, director of The Brompton Fountain said: "We are delighted that some of the cast members from the Made In Chelsea show were able to come and visit the children in hospital recently, it means so much to the children and their families.

"The special guests ward visit is absolutely brilliant and helps to raise spirits and put smiles on so many children's faces who will unfortunately be spending Christmas in hospital."

You can do your bit for The Brompton Fountain this Christmas by texting "TOYS05 £2" to 70070 to give £2.
