Has your New Year health kick failed already? Fallen off the Dry January wagon?

On Saturday February 6, from 11am, Hot Yoga House in Eastcote is holding an open day for the public with loads of free goodies.

The open day will be a chance to sign up with discounted membership, as well as take advantage of healthy eating demonstrations, yoga classes, nutribullet samples, mindfulness courses, massage packages, goodie bags and more.

The open day is being held to celebrate its one year anniversary, after a launch so successful it had to turn away customers from classes.

At the opening in 2015, co-owner Amy Partridge, from Ruislip, said: "We've been going for only a few days but it's been amazing and we've had great feeedback. We have a capacity of 60 and we had to turn people away on Sunday."

Hot yoga is a practise of yoga that is done in a room heated to 40 degrees Celsius, and has been said to increase flexibility, decrease stress and heal sports injuries... Why not try out something new this February and head down?
