It's that time of the year again where families can sign up for the annual Fuller's London Pride 10k fun run and walk in aid of Cancer Research UK's work at Hammersmith Hospital.
The popular riverside event is in its 19th year and will start at Homefield Recreation Ground, opposite Chiswick's Griffin Brewery, on Sunday June 28.
People will wind their way along the River Thames, crossing local bridges, with plenty of pub stops for participants.
The family day out begins with a warm-up in the park at 9am before walkers set off first, followed by runners.
Entertainment will be provided throughout the day with commentary from Radio Jackie, music, barbecue, food stalls, massages and children's rides.
Last year, more than 600 people took part in the charity event and helped raise thousands of pounds for the cause.
Entry for walkers is £15 if pre-booked or £20 on the day; and for runners £20 if pre-booked and £25 on the day (including bag drop).
