Volvic has been announced as the official bottled water sponsor for the 2015 Ealing Half Marathon, supplying 35,000 bottles of water for the race.

The fourth Ealing Half Marathon takes place on Sunday September 27, and Danone Waters (an Ealing-based company) will be supporting again, as they have done since the inaugural race in 2012.

Danone corporate social responsibility manager, Charlotte Broos, said: "It is an honour for us to once again have the chance to support this fantastic community event.

"Health is incredibly important to us as a business and we are delighted to be helping the runners stay hydrated once again.

"We hope that the plentiful supplies of Volvic will help every runner 'unleash their unstoppable'!"

As in previous years, the Anglican churches alongside the running route will be manning the water stations with their congregations handing out the water bottles to the runners, actively showing their support for the event.

Water stations will be set up at St Peter's, at the two-mile point; St Barnabas at four miles; St Stephen's, at six miles; St Mary's, Hanwell, at mile nine; and St John's, Mattock Lane, when runners have a mile to go.

The final station will be supported by volunteers. There will also be a fuel station for runners at St Christopher's on Bordars Road, just after mile seven.
