Get the tissues out as tonight's episode of DIY SOS returns to take on a massive project at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The show will reach new heights as Nick Knowles and his team of experts, together with an army of volunteers from Hillingdon council, perform a transplant of the gold-medal winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden to the roof the hospital.
With more than 2,000 plant pots, 56 tonnes of soil and 30 trees and hedges the rooftop space is transformed into a truly spectacular garden for patients and their families to enjoy.
Famous for his horticultural skills, garden designer Chris Beardshaw is behind the creative woodland garden filled with thousands of plants, a glass atrium and a wooden pergola (shaded walkway).
During the show viewers will meet some of the families who spend months, even years, beside their loves ones in hospital, including Rosie who spent 160 days in intensive care fighting for her life as she waited for a transplant.
Join the DIY SOS team tonight on BBC One at 8pm.
