Casting call for paid extras in new television show as producers film Battle of Waterloo

Filming will take place in the Reading area in October

Actors are wanted for an upcoming television show as producers look to film the Battle of Waterloo.

The open casting call for paid extras is aimed at men between the ages of 18 and 30.

The casting call will be held in Reading at the Millennium Madejski Hotel on Friday August 18 from 2.30pm to 7.30pm, and Saturday August 19 from 11.30am to 3.30pm.

Filming for the show will take place in the Reading area between Saturday October 7 and Wednesday October 11 and you must be able to commit to all of these dates.

Those who are accepted will receive specialist training to become a solider in the Duke of Wellington's Army.

TV and film news

You must be over 16 and eligible to work in the UK and you must bring photo ID with you to the casting call.
