It's true, if you've been obsessing over Love Island for the past seven weeks, you may be wondering how to spend your evenings again.

With 50 episodes and 60 hours of "grafting" and "muggy" behaviour, the ITV 2 reality show came to a dramatic end on Monday night (July 24), as Kem and Amber took king and queen of the villa.

While fans may have picked up a new language from watching the TV programme, they've probably also missed out on socialising with friends and family or favourite hobbies.

So here are some things you might like to do now that you've got your life back:

1. Go out for dinner

Treat a loved one to a candlelit meal or catch up with friends over a bite to eat

2. Read a book before bed

Dig out your favourite novel from behind the sofa and pick up from where you left off

3. Watch a documentary

Not that we're saying Love Island isn't educational...

4. Go for an evening stroll

Make the most of the warmer and lighter nights - they won't stay around for long

5. Listen to music before bed

Relax and unwind after a long day with soothing tunes

6. Go to the gym

No excuses now, get back on it!

7. Watch a movie under the stars

8. Walk to the pub

Grab the dog lead and take your pooch to your local, he will appreciate the extra walk as well

9. Late night shopping

The Mall in Camberley is open until 8pm on Thursday nights during the summer - the perfect excuse for a bit of retail therapy

10. Go camping

Swap nights in front of the TV and eyes fixed to Facebook for a weekend with nature. You will feel much better for it, we promise!
