High street retailer Superdrug has launched its own mobile phone network, and customers can pick up an SIM-only contract for £10 per month.

The beauty chain has teamed with up Three, which will power the network, for the new venture.

Head of Superdrug’s Health and Beautycard loyalty programme, Bhavik Davada said: "We’re always looking at ways we can give our members something different, useful and great value and are delighted to offer this new mobile phone network."

He also said that the new network will give customers the “freedom and transparency they’re looking for”.

The new SIM-only deal means that, for just £10 per month, customers will get 4GB of data, as well as unlimited calls and texts.

There is also no contract involved, which means you can cancel at any point. Plus, you'll also be able to roll over any unused data to the next month

Not all shoppers will be able to take advantage of the mobile network, as it's only available to the retailer's Health & Beautycard members.

If you sign up to a Health & Beautycard you can earn points on your purchases, which add up and can be used on your next shop.

Superdrug's SIM-only contracts are available to buy in stores now.
