Cutter and Squidge bakery in London has launched a special sweet range for Halloween and it looks gruesomely good.
Specialising in natural, hand-made desserts, available in store and online, the spooky collection features a Yummy Mummy vanilla Biskie and a Bloody Eye chocolate Biskie.
The range also includes a five layer chocolate spider web cake and a trick or treat biskie box.
But what are biskies?
A biskie is a fresh, unique handmade sandwiched dessert.
It's a combination of a biscuit, cookie and cake filled with buttercream, handmade jams, caramels and other delights.
Not to be confused with a macaron or whoopie pie, a Biskie is a moorish blend of crisp, soft, chewy, cakey and creamy textures delivering a massive flavour fiesta.
Yummy Mummy biskie
A vanilla biskie filled with white chocolate and a rich dark chocolate core and decorated in coloured white chocolate.
Bloody Eye biskie
A chocolate Biskie filled with raspberry bloody veins and filled with light vanilla buttercream.
The eye is filled with handmade raspberry jam inside a Belgian white chocolate pearl.
