This is the yearly vibrant festival for the whole of the community. This is the only event that celebrates the excellence of our community, you can be a part of it!
As usual us DJ's at Westside will be there… Hosting the 'This is Westside stage will be our very own Westside renowned Jeff (The Voice), Ronell and Elle from the Westside Review Show. They will smash things up by playing you the hottest tracks right there and then!
You can also enjoy entertainment by the carnival procession which consists of 400 all-singing all-dancing crew of up to 400 kids and adults chanting and jiving their way through Woodlands Park, Crown Street and the High Road leading the way to Acton Park. WOAH!
The carnival wouldn't be complete without a choice of funfair rides, feasting on foods from across the world, dancing and singing along the hottest and best music tracks, shopping at the market stalls, and a live painting event with loads of activities for the whole family! You will be buzzing and all partied out by evening!
At the carnival’s main stage, there will be performances from Derwent Water Choir; Acton Music Collective; YSB Arts Youth Group; soca artist, Triniboi Joocie; West London over 35s street dance crew, Confusion; British lovers rock singer, Mike Anthony; and reggae crooner, Roger Robin. But don't spend all day there, come to the Westside stage, we'll pump up your adrenaline and play music loud enough to almost bust our speakers!
