Girl group TLC have announced details of their first ever UK show and tickets go on sale tomorrow (March 24).

The 90s R&B band will perform at KOKO, London on May 9.

The group consisting of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas have previously sold out shows in the likes of Japan, the US and Australia.

The show will take place ahead of the release of their final studio album which was funded by a Kickstarter campaign.

More than $400,000 was raised surpassing their goal amount in 48 hours, with celebrities including Katy Perry and Justin Timberlake contributing.

The record's release date is yet to be announced but it will be their fifth album and the first in 15 years since their hiatus.

It will also mark the first record since the death of TLC member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.

Since 1992 the group have sold more than 65 million records across the globe and won five Grammy awards.

They have become one of the most successful R&B acts of all time, influencing a new generation of girl groups.

TLC are best known for hits including Unpretty, No Scrubs and Waterfalls.

Tickets are priced at £50.63 and go on sale at 9am tomorrow (Friday March 24) and they will be available from Ticketmaster here .
