Prophets of Rage are heading to the London for their first headline show in the UK.

The group will perform at Brixton Academy on June which is billed as "Make Brixton Rage Again".

The American rap rock group is made up of three Rage Against the Machine members, two Public Enemy members and Cypress Hill vocalist.

They will perform new material as well as the member's most vital songs of the past 35 years.

All three groups are known for their political activism and outspoken personalities which they'll bring to the Brixton show.

In 2016 they embarked on a US tour visiting venues including the Republican National Convention, Los Angeles’ Skid Row, and a show outside Norco Penetentiary.

Meanwhile Prophets of Rage are also heading to Download Festival in Donington Park for a main stage set this June.

When do tickets go on sale?

They go on sale at 9am on Wednesday March 29 for O2 priority customers.

General sale starts on Friday March 31 at 9am.

They are priced at £51.90, plus booking fee.
