How to make your own Pumpkin Spiced Latte

One pumpkin or one tin of pumpkin puree

One pinch of ground nutmeg

One pinch of ground ginger

One pinch of ground cloves

Two pinches of cinnamon

One tablespoon of coffee

Squirty cream

For the pumpkin puree

If you can't get your hands on tinned pumpkin puree, you will need to make your own. Here's how to make it from one pumpkin.

    1. Cut up a pumpkin and remove the insides.

    2. Place the pumpkin pieces skin side up on a baking tray.

    3. Place in the oven on a high heat for 35 to 40 minutes, or when the flesh is soft.

    4. Use a spoon to remove the pumpkin flesh.

    For the pumpkin spice latte

    1. Mix together the nutmeg, ginger, cloves and cinnamon and pour into a mug, along with a teaspoon of pumpkin puree.

    2. Mix together and pour in just over half a cup of hot, black coffee then stir.

    3. Put half a cup of milk in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds or until it is warm. Pour the milk into the coffee and stir.

    4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with some pumpkin spice.
