VegfestUK London will once again boast a large variety of eclectic and globally inspired vegan food to demonstrate that eating vegan is not only delicious but also cool and fun at the same time.

Around 15,000 vegan-hungry visitors will return to Olympia London in Kensington for two days of food stalls, demonstrations, cookery classes, children's activities, talks and music.

Show regulars Happy Maki will showcase their inventive and rotating vegan sushi menus with ingredients ranging from sweet potatoes, mock "duck" and "chicken" to deep-fried tofu, avocado and cucumber.

Caribbean food fans will have plenty to look forward to from the Brownins team who will be serving a range of flavours from the global African/Caribbean experience of spices and herbs, including the Veggibab (instead of kebab) wraps, veggie patties, salad buffets and other main cultural dishes.

For those looking for Asian flavours, Chaatit will provide exquisite Indian vegan street food virtually from streets of Mumbai.
