Tesco has added 26 new dishes to its vegan-friendly Wicked Kitchen range.

The options, which are available to buy in stores now, include on-the-go snacks, as well as desserts and ready meals.

It means customers who follow a plant-based diet can buy free-from foods without the fuss of having to look at the ingredients label.

Stand-out dishes include a tasty red velvet brownie (£2), made with a rich, melting raspberry ganache, chocolate nibs and a light dusting of powdered sugar.

If you’re on the go and need a quick snack, the Curried Cauli Pasty (£1.50), is sure to satisfy your hunger pangs. The flaky puff pastry is packed with roasted turmeric cauliflower, diced potato and chunky veg.

The All the Rage Rolls (£2), are also a good quick bite option. They're made with roasted kale, savoury white mushroom and cooked garlic. They are also are great for packed lunches.

You can also buy ready meals, for easy weeknight meals. Choose from five dishes including pesto lasagne (£4) - with cauliflower, potato and a garlic-style vegan ricotta – and a black pepper tofu stir fry (also £4), made with tender steamed broccoli and spicy Sriracha.
