MasterChef duo Billy Wright and Jack Layer are bringing their sell-out Supper Club to London.

The talented finalists will take over the top floor of Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival on Hall for the month of August.

For the month-long festival, Billy and Jack will create fun, artistic and inventive sharing plates with a summer theme.

The menu includes salted Cornish sardines with heritage tomatoes and roasted quinoa, Notting Hill Carnival inspired jerk hanger steak and the boys’ cheeky tribute to Wall’s iconic Fab ice lolly.

“I met my fiancé for our first date here at Southbank Centre four years ago so I’m particularly excited to be able to bring our food here,” said Jack.

"Summer is one of our favourite times of year to cook.

"There are so many amazing ingredients in season and there’s nothing we like more than to share good times with family, friends and colleagues over some delicious food and drink - with the added bonus of the iconic Southbank Centre views over London.”

Billy added: “Beautiful food, booze and a view of the Thames, what could be better.

"It’s going to be a great month.”

Over the weekend of 10 August to 12 August 2017, the pair will be joined by 2017 Masterchef finalists; Alison, Lorna and Giovanna aka the "Three Girls Cook".

During the final two weeks (14 August to 28 August), guests will also have the opportunity to sample Jack’s famous coriander cheesecake, described by MasterChef judge John Torode as “breathtakingly brilliant” and widely considered the dish of the series.
