With lots of horrible colds and flu lurking about during the winter, it's important we dose up on those important vitamins, and these beverages contain two of your five recommended fruit and veggies a day.
Not only are they super easy to make, but you can vary the ingredients to suit your taste.
All you need is a glug of your favourite gin and a handful of your preferred fruit and away you go.
Gin smoothie recipe
Serves one, takes five minutes to make
50ml gin (we used Bloom London Dry Gin )
150ml cold water
Handful of frozen berries
Half a frozen banana
- Blitz everything together in a food processor
- Serve in a gin bowl if you have one and enjoy
