QUESTORS Choir is putting on a carol concert with a difference this year.

To start with, the choir and organ accompaniment will be enhanced by the Aurelian Brass Ensemble which has been described by celebrated choral composer and arranger John Rutter - famed for Will & Kate s wedding - as 'splendid and will make the music sparkle.'

To give it that extra zip, musical director Philip Norman has put together an imaginative range of carols, old and new. There will be English and Scandinavian folk carols interspersed with four specially arranged sequences of well known carols, so the audience can sing with the choir. To round off the evening there will be some delightful solos and small group pieces by Questors' singers.

The choir is also promoting the West London branch of the Alzheimer s Society for this year's good cause.
