Choir's summer concert. Join them as they celebrate the closing of their golden jubilee season and the proud history of the choir.
The concert includes John Rutter's folk song suite The Sprig of Thyme, Broadway songs by Stephen Sondheim, performances by the girls' choir of the parish of Vikingstad, in Sweden, and the first performance of The Spacious Firmament specially written for Harrow Phil by John Ling.
Conductor John Wyatt leads the world-class choir of between 90 and 100 vocalists. On the piano is Heather Toyn.

2: DO YOU have an eye for art? Well, why not try something a little bit different?
This rather unusual exhibition showcases striking pieces from a variety of gifted artists and photographers from the all over the UK and the USA.
Inspired by a blend of imaginative concepts, themes include the growth of the internet and IT developments, and the impact they have on our lives in a modern society, as well as individualistic concepts of the self and cultural representations.
Artists include Jorge Esteban Zapata, Nick Dedics and Helen Flanagan.

3: NATURE lovers who enjoy a spot of gardening are invited to Harrow Garden Centre's free insect and wildlife week.
The centre is hosting the event to celebrate National Insect Week and staff will be providing tips on how to embrace your garden friends this summer by encouraging insects and wildlife, such as hedgehogs, ladybirds, snails and slugs, into your garden, and how to support the Bumblebee Conservation Trust to save our colourful friends.
A selection of bee-friendly products and plants will be available to buy.

4: CHERUBS is the nickname of the neonatal unit at Hillingdon Hospital, where staff care for more than 400 babies a year, all who face a battle for survival or a normal life, and offer support to parents at a difficult time.
A summer fete in Denham on Sunday will be raising money to help pay for more equipment for the unit.
There will be a bouncy castle, cake stalls, a barbecue, a fire engine and a display by Hickman School of Dance.

5: ENJOY the Jubilate ladies' choir as they lift their voices in celebration at their latest concert, Midsummer Music.
The modern choir is full of fun and well known for excellent performances, which include collaborations of classical, pop, jazz, contemporary music and folk. The bubbly ladies were the runners-up in the 2009 Mid-Somerset Festival and winners of the ladies' choir class at Cheltenham Festival in 2008.
Jubilate raise money for many charities, including St Luke's Hospice, in Kenton, and Cancer Research UK.
