Discover the importance of colour

COLOUR comes to Brunel University's Beldam Gallery.

The show features the work of 13 artists, including Geoff Diego Litherland, whose work reflects on how colour is used in today's contemporary urban and rural environments, from bright pink signage in crumbling railway stations, yellow danger signs and lime green and purple buildings that spring up in city regeneration areas.

Stig Evans has a particular interest in how humans perceive, respond to and represent colours, and duo Annabel Ralphs and Diane Jones-Parry concentrate on the chemistry of colour and the structure and processes involved in the production of ultramarine.
