The timetable for this year's GoFest has been revealed.

From archery to zumba, families can take their pick from an extensive schedule of activities at the two-day festival of sport, dance and fitness at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford .

Returning for its third year , GoFest is the largest and most comprehensive multi-sport and activity festival in the UK and will be held at the sports park over the bank holiday weekend, May 28 and 29.

Featuring more than 500 quality coaching sessions, delivered by 35 different sports, dance and fitness providers, GoFester’s can enjoy access to the widest range of physical activities imaginable with an all inclusive festival ticket.

What activities are there?

Classes include Hockey, bowls, football, lacrosse, archery, badminton, basketball, badminton, free running, gymnastics, trampolining, climbing, street dance, dance acrobatics, adult ballet, judo, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, martial arts, netball, volleyball, korfball, rugby, squash, fun run, aquathon, obstacle course, tennis, dodgeball, Taekwondo, self defence, bootcamp, ladies stoolball, yoga, zumba, paddle boarding, swimming, scuba diving, canoeing and water polo.

Sessions last 30-45 minutes each.

Coaching experts include Chelsea Football, Surrey Storm Netball, Surrey Scorchers Basketball, English Lacrosse, Blue Chip Paddle Boarding, Cranleigh Swim Tots, SCL and Fit for Sport.

Who is it aimed at?

The schedule includes age specific sessions, as well as all age sessions so that families can take part together.

It is also for mixed abilities and can cater for the complete beginner.

As well as 'have a go' sessions, for the more competitively minded, GoFest is holding netball and football tournaments for clubs or groups to enter.

Furthermore, the GoRun zone will feature runs, relays and obstacle courses, as well as one mile family fun runs, and, for the first time this year, an Aquathlon will be run by Phoenix Triathlon club.

How do I book?

GoFest recommends pre-booking your favourite sessions in advance of the event to ensure you make the most of the weekend.

Ticket holders can pre-book up to four sessions per person and eight sessions for early bird ticket holders.

In addition, festival goers will also be able to book plenty more activities on the day.

Child tickets cost from £15 per day, adults £22 per day and family tickets from £55 per day.
