Alun Cochrane, the award-winning star of BBC2's Mock the Week, is headlining a Christmas comedy show in Ealing on Friday December 6.

Cochrane’s TV appearances appeared include Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Mock The Week, Dave’s One Night Stand, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Have I Got News For You and 8 Out Of 10 Cats.

He is co-host of The Frank Skinner Show on Absolute Radio, for which he has received a 2012 Arqiva Award nomination for Best Newcomer. The show also won a Sony Award in 2011 for Best Entertainment Programme and was nominated again this year. Other radio credits include The Now Show, Just A Minute, Dilemma, Loose Ends, and Lee Mack And Friends.

Cochrane is an Edinburgh regular, earning himself four and five star reviews to go alongside the Writer’s Guild Award For Comedy. In 2011 he took his show Alun Cochrane: Moments Of Alun to the festival to great acclaim.
