Harrow Art Society are currently presenting their spring exhibition at the Gayton Library in Harrow.

The free exhibition includes a number of watercolours by famous Harrow artist Roy Rodgers and paintings by the exhibition organiser Margaret Mountstephens, who says: "Anyone with talent could potentially be exhibited in one of our shows."

Visitors can view vivid portraits by Norma Stephenson, work by Jonathan Hutchins and pastels by Mary Dixon, as well as acrylics by newcomer Sybil Brandsma, several beautiful wood sculptures by John Adams and ceramics by other members of the society.

Most of the original artwork will be for sale, and contact details will be available for anyone considering commissioning a painting or sculpture.

* The exhibition runs at Gayton Library in St John's Road, until Saturday March 14. It is open 9am-8pm, with artists on hand 10am-7pm on weekdays and 10am-5pm on Saturdays to chat to anyone interested in the art or the society.
