Fans of the late legend David Bowie will be excited to hear that his sell-out musical Lazarus is coming to London this autumn.

The musical, co-written by David Bowie and Enda Walsh is inspired by the book The Man Who Fell To Earth by Walter Tevis, and tells the tale of Thomas Newton, a 'man' unable to die, haunted by a past love.

The performance follows Newton during the course of a few days where the arrival of another lost soul might set him finally free.

Lazarus will be coming to Kings Cross Theatre from Tuesday October 25 2016 until Sunday January 22 2017.

Sophia Anne Caruso in the New York performances of Lazarus

Lazarus premiered at the New York Theatre Workshop in late 2015 and sold out in record time.

Reprising their roles from the original New York production will be Michael C Hall, Michael Esper and Sophia Anne Caruso.

When the show premiered in New York, The Hollywood Reporter wrote in a review: "The two intermission-less hours of Lazarus are predictably strange, often impenetrable and a tad pretentious, but always fascinating, even when distancing."

Tickets cost from £15 to £75 and are available from Ticketmaster here.
