Only try - but Grasshoppers lose

Grasshoppers replayed one of their oldest fixtures on Saturday when they took on Twickenham in London Three NW.

But despite scoring the only try of the match through Stuart Daniels, they went down 12-11.

A Gerwyn Hughes penalty put Gs in front, but three Twickenham penalties put them 9-3 in front at the break.

Gs had victory in their sights when Hughes sent a second penalty over and Daniels ran in his unconverted try.

But a Twickenham penalty from the 45m mark stole the points.
