JOSH Noble bagged a hat-trick as Chiswick thumped Hemel Hempstead by 74 points to 10 and climb to second in the table, writes Sean Davies.

Chiswick stormed the opposition half from the outset, with Sam Hood scoring the first try of the game as he received the ball in the in-goal area.

The home side had the wind advantage in the first half and took the lead with a quick tapped penalty, which was converted with ease.

Chiswick regained the lead as a blistering run from Dan Sutherland allowed George Dimitriadis a chance to show his pace and swoop over close to the posts.

Noble scored the third try which appeared to open the floodgates as Tom Steer, Tom Adams, Luca Vannini and Noble again scored in quick succession to give them an unassailable lead going into half time.

Andy Ibberson unselfishly set up Noble for his hat-trick after the break after running most of the field.

Hemel scored an unconverted try before Godfrey ran home to score the ninth try for the visitors, before further converted tries from Sam Leslie-Miller, Dan Godfrey and Simon Hallet completed the scoring.
