Ruislip Rangers were valiant losers as they fell to a strong Kinja team in the U15s Bucks Girls Football League Cup final.
The final was an all Middlesex affair as Ruislip were playing in their first cup final and nerves were evident as they conceded within 10 minutes.
However Savana Fearon equalised for Rangers following a superb strike. Kinja always looked like scoring and added two more goals before half time.
Ruislip started the second half well and got a goal back following a spectacular run and shot from Jessica Vassena.
Kinja were lethal on the counter as they scored a tap in despite the best efforts of keeper Shannon Newman.
A fifth and sixth followed for Kinja before Fearon scored her second goal to give the scoreline a more respectable look.
In other youth football news, it was double delight for Sandgate Arrows as they won the West Middlesex & Hayes U10s cup final against Chiswick Youth to add to their league win earlier in the season.
Ben Forde scored the only goal of the game for Sandgate after he out muscled two defenders before firing a powerful low shot past the keeper to win the trophy for Sandgate after winning 1-0.
It was Ruislip Town who took the spoils in the derby as goals from Josh Cuthbert, Liam Rubens and Mica Mitchell gave Town a comprehensive victory over Ruislip Rangers.
There was more success for West Drayton Explorers U14s as they won the Boyne Hill tournament at the weekend.
Reece Price and Andrew Davies got the goals in the final with Alex Hyseni and Jake Culbert picking up of player of the match.
In the same tournament, WDEFC U7s won four, drew one and lost one, with player of the day going to Harry Todd.
