THE icing on the cake of a week's football coaching for 27 youngsters from Feltham last week was a visit to Chelsea.

The young footballers, who had been taking part in skills coaching and mini tournaments at Feltham Park throughout half-term, were rewarded with a behind-the-scenes tour of Stamford Bridge.

The next event will take place in February half-term and will culminate in a guided tour of Arsenal's Emirates Stadium.

In the meantime, Feltham Youth's Saturday morning (four to eight-year-olds) and Tuesday evening (seven to 11-year-olds) coaching courses continue. Call Craig Elliott on 07980 186 355 for more details.

Meanwhile, Feltham Youth U16s have the league cup in their sights following a 5-2 win over Oxshott Royals on Sunday. Javan Alexander bagged a brace, and there was a goal each for Sandiv Gurung, Martin Bayliss and Peter Jackson.

Jac Williams hit a double too as the top-of-the-table U13s won 4-2 at Horley, where Connor Woodburn Hall also netted and an own goal completed the scoring.

Alfie Saunders notched twice as the U9 Reds won 3-0 at Spelthorne,

with Ryan Brooker also on the scoresheet. Goals from Arqam Nassir and Callum Rundle earned the U14 Reds a 2-2 draw at Knaphill, but the U12s lost 3-2 to Guildford City, despite goals from Aaron Grewal and Dylan Ingram.
