Hillingdon's women dominated their event as Julia Bleasdale (30.00) led home Nicola De La Salle (30.27) to complete a one-two for the club, with Emma Grant (32.35) doing her bit with a fine eighth place, but without a fourth runner they were not eligible for the team honours. * Hillingdon Triathlete Mark Edwards gained his third category licence by comfortably winning the fourth category cycling road race on his debut appearance at the Hillingdon Circuit.
