WILLIAN says he is going to work with one of the best managers in the business after completing his move to Chelsea today.

The Samba star has joined the Blues’ growing Brazilian contingent by penning a five-year contract at Stamford Bridge.

Personal terms and a medical were thrashed out over the weekend but confirmation had to wait until he was granted a work permit this morning.

Having signed on the dotted line, Willian expressed his delight at getting the opportunity to work with Jose Mourinho and says he is looking forward to learning from the Special One.

“I'm very happy to be here, it's been a dream of mine to come and play here,” the new Chelsea number 22 told the club’s official website.

“Chelsea are one of the best clubs in the world, and now I'm going to play for one of the best managers in the world, so I'm very happy and looking forward to it.”

Willian spent six years at Shakhtar Donetsk before completing a switch to Anzhi last January.

Chelsea are understood to have paid around £32million to secure his services.
