UWE Rosler reckons the arrival of Javi Venta is bringing the best out of Shaleum Logan .
The Brentford defender starred in Saturday's win against Sheffield United, while ex-Villarreal ace Venta was left warming the bench.
And Bees boss Rosler believes the experienced right-back's presence is pushing Logan to another level.
He said: “Shaleum knows Javi's waiting in the wings. That gives him an extra boost to perform well.
“Javi is pushing and will get games as well. It's a long season and we need the whole squad.
“Even when he hasn't played he's been so positive and happy for the team.”
