ADEL Taarabt is on a shortlist of three for this year's Football League npower Championship player of the year award.
The QPR playmaker is up against Grant Holt of Norwich City and former loan Ranger Scott Sinclair – now at Swansea – for the coveted prize.
Boss Neil Warnock will accompany Taarabt to a gala presentation at The Brewery on Sunday.
“I think that shortlist is right, said the QPR manager. "I think they are the best three in the division.
“Of course my vote would go for Adel, but I'm biased. I think he deserves to win it, although all three of those lads have played a major part for their clubs this season.”
