JIMMY Spencer has returned to Huddersfield Town to have his hip injury assessed by the club's medical staff.

The 20-year-old striker has been restricted to a handful of substitute appearances since his loan switch to Brentford after getting crocked playing for the reserves.

But boss Uwe Rosler is hopeful the youngster will be able to resume his spell at Griffin Park.

He said: “Jimmy's gone back to Huddersfield for a scan.

“They want to monitor him but hopefully we will have him back soon.”
