BRENTFORD boss Uwe Rosler admits he's resigned to losing Doncaster Rovers target  Harry Forrester .

The Chronicle exclusively revealed earlier this week that the former Aston Villa winger was training with the Championship new-boys with view to a permanent move to the Keepmoat.

Forrester looks certain to leave Griffin Park this summer after failing to sign the improved contract offer on the table.

However, Brentford will be entitled to compensation for the ex-Watford trainee should he move on as he's under 24 and has been offered fresh terms in TW8.

Rosler said: “He is still effectively our player until tomorrow (Sunday), but I have given him permission to train with Doncaster.

“The fact that Harry's not with us for the start of pre-season speaks volumes.”

Forrester made 69 appearances in red and white since his switch to west London in 2011, scoring 11 goals.
