IS IT a bird? Is it a plane?

No, but it could well be the sore sight of Wealdstone's first team squad stripping down to their Superman underpants if they topple Rotherham United.

Skipper Lee Chappell and Ryan Ashe wore them during the 4-2 FA Cup fourth round qualifying win at Aylesbury a fortnight ago with Chappell quickly shedding his strip to show them off.

Ashe resisted following suit but revealed all the players will don the lucky blue and red smalls on Sunday if Chappell has his way.

"He said he is going to purchase a pair for every player so they can wear them for the Rotherham game," said the midfielder.

"I promised Chapps I would strip down to them if we win and I am sure it could be the case for the rest of the lads."

Meanwhile, Ashe says the Stones fancy their chances against the Millers.

"The surface at the Vale allows us to play good football and we've shown before that we can dig in and defend for long periods, which I suspect is something we might have to do against Rotherham," he added.

"We're always capable of scoring goals but we have to keep things solid at the back.

"They will probably be taking us a bit lightly but they could be in for a surprise. We think we are capable of doing to them what Aylesbury did to us."
