SHAUN Wright-Phillips faces a race against time to be fit for Saturday's clash with West Bromwich Albion.

The QPR winger left Carrow Road on crutches after suffering a foot injury in last weekend's defeat to Norwich City.

However, Rangers are pulling out all the stops to get the former Manchester City star ready to face Roy Hodgson's men.

Boss Neil Warnock told the official site: “Shaun is undergoing extensive treatment this week.

“Fortunately there's no break, and we haven't written him off just yet for Saturday's game with West Brom.”
