NEAL Ardley hopes Will Antwi is finally over his injury nightmare.
The Dons defender has been dogged by problems, which have restricted him to just three games in the past eight months.
However, the former Ghana international has recovered from a hernia operation and is due to return to full training later this week.
And boss Ardley is hopeful the 30-year-old can play a part in the next few weeks.
He said: “Will's doing cardiovascular work and hopefully he can join in with the rest of the squad by the end of the week.
“He will play in the Under-21s cup game against Gillingham next week.
“I haven't really had him available for most of 2013. He did well in pre-season then had another setback, but hopefully he'll be back soon.”
