CLINTON Morrison may only have played nine minutes so far in a Brentford shirt – but he is already having a huge impact

So says Bees boss Uwe Rosler, who only snapped up the experienced striker on loan from Sheffield Wednesday two days before this afternoon's home game with Rochdale.

The former Palace striker came on as a late sub and had little time to make an impression on the pitch, but has already been a huge hit off it.

Rosler said: “Clinton is not yet 100 per cent match fit as he has not been playing for Sheffield Wednesday, but he has already contributed massively in the dressing room, speaking to the players and giving them a lift.”

Fellow striker Clayton Donaldson who admits he enjoyed watched Morrison playing in the Premier League as he was starting out in the game himself, agreed.

He added: “For someone of his experience to be here was just the spur the lads needed. I will be able to learn loads off him, and he has already been talking to me on the pitch telling me where to go – and sometimes you need that.”
