TERRY Brown is hopeful of offloading Max Porter once the midfielder returns to fitness.
The 24-year-old has had a disappointing spell at Kingsmeadow since his switch from Rushden & Diamonds in the summer.
Porter has been restricted to just 11 league starts, and was placed on the transfer-list in January as part of boss Brown's mid-season shake-up.
Cambridge United and Newport County are two of the sides who have enquired about his services, and Brown is confident he will be able to move him out once Porter fully recovers from an ankle problem.
He said: “Max is nearly fit and is hoping to get himself sorted.
“We've had a few enquiries, and I'm sure we'll be able to get the boy a club.”
