Mac won't be hurried back into action

CROCKED Brentford FC striker Charlie MacDonald won't be rushed back from injury, according to boss Andy Scott.

MacDonald saw a specialist this week as he recovers from his dislocated shoulder.

But Scott warned fans not to expect to see last season’s 18-goal top scorer rushed back into action.

He said: "Charlie saw his surgeon and is progressing well, but it will be a long rehab.

"It’s too early to put a date on his return yet. We don’t want to rush him back and risk further damage."
