LUKE Cooley was red-hot as Headstone Manor U10C recorded a first league win of the season on Sunday.

Cooley smashed in four goals to lead his team-mates to an 8-3 win on their travels to Watling Club.

It wasn't enough to win him the man-of-the-match award, which went to hat-trick man Marcus Shortland, while James Ryan was also on the score-sheet. Jamie John also had an excellent game in goal.

The U7s had a four-goal hero of their own as they won a nine-goal thriller away to Mill Hill.

Vikrant Jaiswal was the lad in question and his quartet of strikes began after his side fell behind inside the first few minutes.

Kai Sethna then put the visitors ahead and Jaiswal's second looked to have Headstone well in control at half-time as they led 3-1.

The hosts fought back in the second half with some excellent goals of their own, but Jaiswal proved the difference, latching on to two superb passes from Ayoub Djahnit to score his third and fourth goals of the afternoon to earn his side the points.

However, there was no joy for Headstone's U11B side who were mauled to the tune of 11-0 by near neighbours Parkfield.

Josh Lewis-Evans, Harry Taylor, Ross McHugh and Maseer Arghandiwal all scored twice for Parkfield, while Ellis Brown with a 25-yard free-kick and further efforts from Sillon Sullivan and Andre Obi completed the rout.

Meanwhile, Venceremos U10s had Alfie Fuller to thank for victory over Larkspur Rovers B. Fuller bagged a brace as the hosts sent Rovers packing 2-0.

TYRONE Burris' hat-trick led Harrow St'Mary's U12s to county cup success at home to Ruislip Rangers on Sunday.

Burris' trio were part of a 5-1 victory for the hosts with Reece Hopkins and Dylan Louis also on target, and they weren't the club's only cup winners on the day.

The U13A's are also through after overcoming Forest United 4-2, with thanks to goals from Yasser Somji, Raymond Nangasa, Adam Barnard and Jack Drinkwater.

Not to be outdone, the U16s booked their place in the next round, winning a close game away to Hampstead 2-1 with Jiordan Scarlett and Etim Essien getting the goals.

And the U11A's safely negotiated their first cup hurdle, winning a seven goal thriller at Staines Lammas 4-3. Ashley Hepworth with a double, Cameron Jackson and Philip Medeiros were their boys on the mark.

However, the U13B's were not so fortunate, running into a Staines side who humbled them 13-3.

The U15s also bowed out beaten 4-1 by Wealdstone, Timothy Ashby their scorer, while a Dean Smith consolation was all the U14s had to shout about out of a 12-1 drubbing at the hands of Spartans.

In league action, Chukwuma Okosp, Joseph Bone and Louis Harris all scored twice as the U9As scorched to an 8-2 win over St Josephs B, Lewis Adebiyi and Kyran Jethwa their other scorers.

Dillan Palmer and Timmy Byrne were on target as the U10B saw off Pinner United 2-0, while Gevvik Gregge's double helped the U13B defeat Larkspur 4-3, Klevis Lusha and Anthony Mutombo also scoring.

The U8As also beat Larkspur 4-2, but spare a thought for Thomas Hoare, whose hat-trick couldn't save the U9Bs from losing 6-3 to Junior Fulham.

There were also defeats for the U7s and U9C's. However, the U10A's drew 1-1 with Pitshanger, while the U18 girls' beat LNER 4-1 thanks to a Charlotte Hallisey double and one each for Emily Radette and Sam Wells.

DANIEL Silva scored a last-minute winner as AFC Wembley U10A's completed a stunning comeback against Parkfield on Sunday.

AFC were 3-1 down with 10 minutes to go, despite a goal from Meshach Davis, but first Reece Clements and then Lucas Kiane-

Sinclair struck to pull them level, paving the way for Silva's clincher.

The U10B's enjoyed a more comfortable win over the same opponents, Omar Thomas-Fearon's double and one each from Michael Panford and Meshach Jude-Pratt sealing a 4-0 success.

However, like their older club mates, the U8s were comeback men in an exciting draw with Hillingdon Borough.

Three times AFC trailed to their hosts, but each time they fought back to level courtesy of goals from Jordan Grey, Leo Senior and Saul Mensah.

The U14s had their shooting boots on in the Middlesex Cup, thrashing Enfield Elite 5-0. Matthew Johnson's brace led the way, while there was one apiece for Malcolm Podier, Treyvond Morgan and Abdi Mohamed.

Not to be outdone, Sellasie Beckford notched a double for the U13s in their 4-0 win over Feltham in their Middlesex Cup tie. Further goals by Jarvari Hall and Kane Dunn-Brown completed the win.

Elsewhere there were wins for the U15s, U10C's and U9s, but the U11s bowed out of the Middlesex Cup, beaten 2-0 by Ruislip Town.

DANIEL Ross' sharpshooting led the way as Alpha & Omega U15s won the West London & Sports Development tournament at Edmonton on Sunday.

Ross bagged five goals in five games as following two wins and two draws in the groups, A&O went on to win 3-0 in the final.

Sam Wheeler scored three goals on the day, while Imran Alam managed two and Suthan Varnakulasingan also found the net.

The other members of the victorious squad were brothers Quincy and Zane Campbell-Rose.

The team are looking for more players to join their squad for the 2009-10 season.
